Work Life Balance: Does it Exist for Women?

I have long held the belief that the concept of work-life balance is inherently flawed. The notion of "balance" suggests a perfect allocation of time, resources, and priorities across all areas of life, which is often unattainable. As women, we are inundated with the idea of work-life balance, creating a false impression of achievability. Drawing from my experience a corporate executive, mother, and wife spanning, I have come to view work-life balance through the perspective of life's seasons, rather than striving for an unrealistic equilibrium.
As women, we continue to grapple with the unchanging number of hours in a day, coupled with a growing list of responsibilities and the perpetual desire for peace and balance in our lives. This workshop aims to provide practical tips and actionable insights to incorporate into your daily routines.
