About
MW Coaching Inc. emerged in 2022 as the brainchild of Milissa Kubal-White. Following two decades of soul-searching to decipher the essence of "success" and the path to attain it, we've reached a pivotal moment in time – one where we're driven to impart this wisdom to empower other women, expediting their journey towards success. To be unequivocal, our reservoir of "knowledge" comprises unwavering commitment to transcend challenges, an abundance of courage, inner fortitude that knows no bounds, and more than a few tears shed along the way. Striking the delicate balance of strength and independence while nurturing one's innate softness is no mean feat. It's a process that demands both time and expert guidance, and that's precisely where we step in, offering invaluable support along your transformative journey.

While my extensive professional journey over the past 20+ years is detailed on my LinkedIn profile, what I'm eager to share here is a more personal side of my story. On the surface, my professional trajectory may appear impressively well-rounded, transitioning from technology sales to engineering, and ultimately settling in the realm of learning and development. Yet, beneath the surface lies a tapestry of triumphs and tribulations that have shaped my path. I must admit that I don't possess a traditional degree; my education primarily hails from the school of hard knocks. It's a rare occurrence when I divulge my humble beginnings – from my first job at Taco Bell to navigating the streets as a delivery driver, and even a surprising stint as a female oil wrestler. I was a single mother, courageously seeking the right career to provide for my daughter and create a better life, all while wrestling with the challenges of abusive relationships, which regrettably became a recurring theme. Throughout these tumultuous years, a handful of remarkable individuals stepped into my life to offer mentorship and guidance, steering me towards healthier and more inspirational paths. I am eternally grateful for their presence, as I consider their influence a divine blessing. In retrospect, my journey underscores that transformation necessitates grappling with friction, unsettling disruptions, and taking calculated risks. The path of change is anything but easy. Having traversed the emotional rollercoaster of career transitions myself over the past two decades, I am now resolutely dedicated to comprehending what it truly means to reinvent oneself successfully.
